You do two things. We do the rest.
Photograph your documents and attend one appointment. Everything between — the EX-23, the tasa, the slot hunting — is ours.
How it works
Three photographs. A few questions.
You check what we found. You don't fill in a government form.

1
Photograph your TIE
Front and back. We read the card, check it's a Withdrawal Agreement one, and work out whether your renewal window is open.

2
Photograph your passport
The photo page. We read it and check every detail against your card, so a mismatch surfaces now instead of at the counter.
1 min -
3
Confirm your address
Upload your padrón and we'll read the address off it, or type it in. We only ask for what we couldn't work out ourselves.

We prepare and book
We generate your EX-23, pay the 790-012 tasa, and hunt the appointment. You get an email with the date and everything to take with you.
we do this bit
Before you start
Have these to hand and it takes about five minutes
What you need
- Your current TIE Both sides. Even an expired one — that's what we're renewing.
- Your passport The photo page. If it's expired, we'll ask for proof you've applied to renew it.
- Your padrón, if you've moved Issued within the last three months. If your address hasn't changed, we don't need it.
- A phone with a camera That's the whole toolkit. No scanner, no printer, not yet.
What you don't need
- The EX-23 form
- A cita previa
- A trip to the bank for the tasa
- A gestor
- A word of Spanish
You will need one physical photograph for the appointment itself — colour, 32 × 26 mm, plain white background. That's the one thing we can't do for you, and we'll remind you before the day.
Who it's for
One card, one renewal, three sorts of people.
Your five-year Withdrawal Agreement card is coming up on its date. Renewing it produces a 10-year card marked Permanent, and the window opens 30 days before.
- Five-year TIE from 2021
- Expiry inside 30 days
- You want the permanent card
- You've not renewed before
There's a 90-day grace period after expiry. You're still in the normal process during it — but the clock is real, and after it things get harder.
- Expired in the last 90 days
- You only just noticed
- You need it for a bank or a job
- You're travelling soon
You got as far as the appointment page, or the EX-23, and stopped. That's the normal outcome, not a personal failing — the appointment is the hard part and it's the part we do.
- No slots at your Jefatura
- Turned away over a document
- Quoted €150 by a gestor
- The form defeated you
What this is
A private service that prepares your paperwork
We are not the Police, not Extranjería and not a government service. We read the documents you send us, prepare the official EX-23, pay the 790-012 tasa on your behalf and book your appointment through the ordinary public appointment system. The renewal decision is the Police's, and it always was.
One thing we cannot do for you: attend. A TIE renewal requires you in person, with your fingerprints, at the police unit. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something that does not exist.
Your documents
Your TIE, passport and padrón are stored encrypted, visible only to you and the person handling your application, and deleted on the schedule set out in our privacy policy. We never sell them and never use them to train anything.
Your GDPR rights and our data contact are in the privacy policyNot a government website
